Patient Participation Group

The Practice's Patient Participation Group (PPG) will also be using the site to post up agendas and minutes and gain feedback for future meetings. The group would like to welcome everyone to come along. This has recently stopped due to COVID-19 but we are hoping to get the PPG back up and running shortly, we will be sure to let you know once back.

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets at regular intervals and provides patients with an opportunity to meet with practice staff and to air their views and suggestions to improve patient care. Additionally, we put on Health Promotion evenings for those who wish to be informed about specific health topics. We are keen to hear from any of our patients who would like to be involved from all sections of our community. Please contact reception if you are interested in taking part.

Patient Reference Group

Lately we have also set up a Patient Reference Group. We invited all patients for whom we have mobile numbers to join this group. The idea is that we will invite this group to give us feedback on the changes they make or problems they encounter. For example, we invited all members of the Patient Reference Group to complete our recent survey. The group is fairly representative of the practice population. It would be good to have more:

• Men
• Older people
