To address this we've now got a new phone system. You can now keep your place in the queue and get a ring back instead of waiting on hold. This isn't going to solve everything overnight because there is still a high level of demand, but we hope it will make a difference and we are going to keep working on improving our service. Obviously we would still encourage you to use online services and e-consultation as much as possible to reduce the pressure on the phone lines.
